Stadsplanning en architectuur voor een ideale samenleving, het werkt vaker niet dan wel (of zijn het vooral de vervallen miskleunen die opvallen?). Voor Border Theories (2009-2013) bezocht Somers drie stadsexperimenten aan de randen van de voormalige Sovjet Unie. Bij SMBA een verslag in foto’s en archiefmateriaal. Een dezer dagen verschijnt er het boek.
